Typical price range
$1.5M – $25M+

History

Vanderbilt Beach is one of north Naples' earliest beachfront residential districts, developed gradually from the 1960s onward along Gulf Shore Drive between Wiggins Pass and Pelican Bay. The Ritz-Carlton Beach Club anchored the area's early reputation and continues to define its upper tier.

Character

A linear ribbon of Gulf-front high-rise and low-rise condominiums fronts the white-sand beach, while inland streets host larger single-family homes — many on canal-front lots with direct Gulf access via Wiggins Pass. The neighborhood trades the gated formality of Pelican Bay for a more relaxed beach-town feel.

Lifestyle

Vanderbilt Beach is the unofficial sunset destination of north Naples — Buzz's Lighthouse Restaurant, the Turtle Club, and the Ritz Beach Club bookend daily life. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and Bonita Beach sit minutes north for kayaking, fishing, and quieter sand.

Notable features

  • Direct Gulf-front beach access along Gulf Shore Drive
  • Boating to the Gulf via Wiggins Pass
