Talis Park
Norman + Dye golf inside a modern Tuscan-vocabulary masterplan.
Typical price range
$1.5M – $8M
History
Talis Park was master-planned by Kitson & Partners beginning in 2003 on 462 acres along Livingston Road north of Immokalee Road. The Greg Norman and Pete Dye co-designed 18-hole golf course is the community's defining amenity and remains the only collaboration between the two architects.
Character
A modern Tuscan-vocabulary community of single-family estates, villas, and low-rise coach homes built largely from 2005 onward. The 25,000-square-foot Vyne House clubhouse — a Mediterranean villa adapted as the residents' clubhouse — won architectural awards on opening and continues to anchor the community's identity. Architectural cohesion has held across builders.
Lifestyle
Members-only Talis Park Club with golf, casual and fine dining, a sports complex, and the Esperanza pool deck. Residents can drive a golf cart to Mercato (a walkable shopping and dining district two miles south) via internal paths — an amenity link rarer in north Naples than buyers expect.

- Greg Norman + Pete Dye-designed 18-hole golf course
- Vyne House — award-winning clubhouse
