Royal Harbor
Quiet east-bay boating with the Naples Botanical Garden next door.
Typical price range
$1.5M – $8M
History
Royal Harbor was platted along the east shore of Naples Bay from the 1950s onward, on filled and dredged tidal flats off Bayshore Drive. Smaller in scale than Port Royal and Aqualane Shores, with shorter canals and a more relaxed cadence — closer in feel to a classic mid-century waterfront subdivision than a formal estate community.
Character
A single-family-only neighborhood of canal-front and water-view homes. The original 1960s ranch inventory is steadily being replaced by transitional and modern coastal new construction in the $2M–$5M range, while older homes still trade for the lot value on smaller canals.
Lifestyle
Boats leave docks for fishing in Naples Bay and the Gulf within minutes. The Naples Botanical Garden, the Bayshore Arts District, and the Celebration Park food-truck plaza are walking-distance neighbors that add a creative, less-formal texture rare elsewhere in luxury Naples.
Notable features
- Direct boat access to Naples Bay and the Gulf
- Adjacent Bayshore Arts District and Celebration Park
- Naples Botanical Garden a five-minute drive
- Quieter, less-formal scale than Port Royal or Aqualane
