Park Shore

A mile and a half of Gulf-front, with Venetian Village at its heart.

Typical price range
$2M – $15M (single-family) · $1M – $10M (condo)

History

Park Shore was developed beginning in the 1960s along approximately 1.5 miles of Gulf-front frontage between Olde Naples and Pelican Bay. The plan included the Venetian Bay subcommunity — an interior canal network of single-family homes with private boat slips that connects to Doctors Pass and the Gulf.

Character

A layered mix of Gulf-front high-rise condominium towers, low-rise townhomes, and inland single-family streets. The original postwar ranch homes inland from US-41 are steadily being replaced by transitional new construction in the $5M–$10M range. The Venetian Bay marina enclave offers single-family homes with deeded boat docks — a rarer asset than the Gulf-front condos that get more attention.

Lifestyle

Venetian Village, the open-air waterfront shopping and dining destination, anchors the community center. The 1.3-mile private Park Shore beach is accessible exclusively to residents via the Park Shore Association. A short drive reaches Waterside Shops to the north and downtown Naples to the south.
