Aqualane Shores — Naples neighborhood
Naples Neighborhood

Aqualane Shores

A boater's enclave a block south of Olde Naples.

Typical price range
$5M – $30M

History

Aqualane Shores was developed beginning in the late 1940s on land reclaimed from the mangroves south of Olde Naples. The interior canals were dredged so that nearly every home lot would enjoy direct boat access to Naples Bay and, beyond it, the Gulf.

Character

Compact, manicured residential streets where dock frontage is the rule rather than the exception. Original 1950s ranch homes are steadily being replaced by transitional and modern estates, with new construction averaging north of $8M on land alone. Fewer than 350 homes make up the entire community, which keeps inventory closely held and turnover measured.

Lifestyle

A community defined by the water — boats leave the dock for offshore fishing, sunset cruises to Keewaydin Island, or lunch at the Naples Yacht Club a short ride to the north. The Third Street South dining district sits within walking or golf-cart distance, with breakfasts at Jane's and dinners at Campiello within easy reach.

Notable features

  • Private boat docks with Naples Bay and Gulf access
  • Walkability to Third Street South dining
  • Closely held inventory — under 350 homes total
  • One block south of Olde Naples beach access
